Are the celebrities verified?
Verified creators have a green ✓ badge. You can also filter for verified-only on the Browse page.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancellation policy varies by creator. Confirmed sessions can usually be cancelled by either party with full refund unless within 24h of session.
How are virtual sessions delivered?
After the celebrity confirms your booking, they share a Zoom/Meet link, ID, and password through your booking page.
Is my payment secure?
Yes — all payments go through Stripe Checkout. Your card details never touch Hero-Fan's servers.
